A fix has been deployed for the issue which was discovered. Performance has returned to normal levels and the team will continue to monitor for stability before marking this resolved.

The issue has been identified and mitigating actions have been taken. Performance for most use cases is back to normal levels. We are continuing to work to ensure performance is back to normal for all use cases.
